Please note your date is not confirmed until your booking fee is received. The amount of booking fee required will be 50% of the total . The fee reserves all items hired and our service,( if required) for your event. The final payment is due 12 weeks before your event date and will include a £100 security deposit for hired props. Your deposit will be refunded immediately all hire items have been returned as received. Cancellation prior to 12 weeks will incur the total of the original booking fee, cancellations later than 12 weeks will incur the full cost.
We require a deposit in the unlikely event of missing or damaged goods. Please note that you are hiring the goods from Pamella Dunn and our contract is with you. If you are having your goods delivered and collected from your venue, e.g. a hotel, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are packed ready for us to collect.
Please provide us with details of your venue contact and we will arrange delivery and collection on your behalf. Please contact us immediately should there be any loss or damage, as in most cases we will be able to help. Only when there is no other option will we charge for replacement of an item.
Mileage is charged at 50 pence per mile from LS27 if outside a 20 mile radius. The first 20 miles are included in your costings.
