These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Pamella Dunn for wedding and event planning. Please read carefully, as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions confirms your booking and understanding of all conditions.
Pamella Dunn Wedding Planning Services : Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
- Your event date is not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
- A booking fee of 50% of the total service amount is required to reserve our services. This fee secures your event date and guarantees availability.
- Please refer to your contract for further details.
2. Payments
- The final payment is due 12 weeks before the event date. Failure to remit final payment may result in cancellation of services.
- If cancellation occurs more than 12 weeks before the event, only the booking fee is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 12 weeks of the event, the full payment is non-refundable.
3. Supplier Deposits and Arrangements
- A deposit is required for all suppliers booked through Pamella Dunn.
- Unless otherwise stated, your contract is directly with Pamella Dunn.
- For deliveries to venues, it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure goods are packaged and ready for collection. Please provide venue contact information, and we will coordinate delivery and collection on your behalf.
4. Loss, Damage, and Insurance
- You must inform us immediately of any loss or damage, as we may be able to assist in resolving the matter.
- Clients are strongly advised to take out event insurance to cover unforeseen events.
5. Mileage & Travel Fees

For items or services arranged outside the 20-mile radius of LS1, a mileage fee of £1 per mile (one-way) will apply.
6. Ownership of Hired Goods
- All hired goods remain the property of the respective suppliers.
- During the hire period, the hirer is responsible for the care and insurance of the items.
- Pamella Dunn is not liable for injury or damage resulting from hired goods.
7. Contractual Responsibility
- The contract for hired goods is strictly between Pamella Dunn and the hirer unless goods are rented directly by the venue.
- It is the hirer’s responsibility to instruct the venue and ensure adherence to these terms and conditions.
8. Security Deposits and Replacement Charges
- A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential loss or damage to hired goods.
- Any loss or damage will be charged at full replacement value, inclusive of VAT.
9. Hire Period
- The typical hire period is three days, unless otherwise agreed upon. Delivery and collection times will be confirmed upon booking.
10. Liability Limitation
- Pamella Dunn’s liability to the client shall not exceed the total value of the invoice for services rendered.
11. Venue Permissions
- The hirer is responsible for obtaining permission from the venue regarding the use of rented items and additional services.
12. Direct Supplier Arrangements
- For suppliers arranged directly by you, you remain solely responsible for those arrangements.
